Declan McCullagh photo bio

Declan McCullagh is a photographer who lives and works in San Francisco, California.

My photographs have appeared in scores of publications including The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Scientific American, Business 2.0 magazine, Gear magazine, and Premiere magazine. They appear in the Getty Images archive. They have been featured in annual reports and on book covers (including "Smoothing the Rough Edges" and "Beyond Organized Religion"). They've been incorporated into television segments including programs created by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. I've worked on assignment for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The mccullagh.org photo database is my own design.

Other publication credits include Geo magazine, American Lawyer, Silicon Alley Reporter, Ziff Davis' Interactive Week, New Architect magazine, and European publications including Germany's Frankfurter Allgemeine newspaper and Comuter Zeitung magazine and London's Commercial Lawyer magazine. My photograph of the Maroon Bells appears on the program of the 2002 International Design Conference, and my photography of great cats is part of the Cincinnati Zoo's cheetah exhibit.

I'd be delighted to work with you on licensing an image or making a custom print to your specifications. Also please contact me to discuss working on assignment.
